Our association is ruled by democratic and participatory principles and is governed by:
The board of directors is the governing body and is formed by the President, the Vicepresident, the Secretary, the Treasurer and the necessary members, with a minimum of two and a maximum of five.
The General Assembly, in which all members are represented and take part in the main decisions.
The General Assembly also counts with the technical support of a management office and with the advice of the Scientific committee.
The Association will be managed by a Board of Directors made up of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and a minimum of two members and a maximum of five members.
The positions of the Board of Directors will have a duration of 4 years, and its members may be re-elected at the end of their mandates. All the positions that make up the Board of Directors will not be remunerated. These will be appointed by the Ordinary General Assembly and revoked by the Extraordinary General Assembly.
The General Assembly is the supreme body of government and expression of the will of the Association and will be made up of all the full members, according to the representation they hold.
This body is sovereign in everything related to the Association and its agreements are mandatory for all Associates, whether present or not, except in agreements that affect the proper functioning of the entities it represents.
