“Drone4HER - Save the historic gardens´ heritage using drones” will be presented at the European Historic Gardens VI Annual Forum, to be celebrated in Florence on May 25th 2023
The three partners of the Project will take the opportunity to comment the survey results on the use of drones in historic gardens and the progress of the Project.

The Small Scale KA2 European Project continues its progress by presenting the results of the survey conducted among garden managers and garden staff.
Drones for garden maintenance and management
This research phase had the purpose of identifying the relevant areas of concern and interest in relation to the use of drones for garden maintenance and management, the most important practices that can be facilitated thanks to the use of drones, as well as the level of digitalization in the historic gardens. These results will be taken into consideration to elaborate the Manual on the use of drones for historic gardens maintenance and management.
Mr. Pier Francesco Bernachi, President of Sviluppo Turistico Collodi, controlled by the Carlo Collodi National Foundation in Collodi, Italy, will start the presentation and he will be accompanied by representatives of the three partners involved.
Drones4HER started on December 1st 2022 and will end on October 31st 2023. The Project counts with the collaboration of Tourism Development Collodi in Italy as the leader and with Telewander in Denmark and the European Routes of Historic Gardens Association in Spain, as partners.
Digital transformation
The Project addresses digital transformation through the development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity to upskill pathways in adult education, especially by overcoming skills mismatch and addressing the needs of the labor market of the professional gardeners working in the management and maintenance of historic gardens.
