The ERHG patronizes the exhibition ‘As masterly as very few others are…’: The gardens of Peter Joseph Lenné in Poland
Peter Joseph Lenné (1789–1866) was one of the most prominent landscape architects and garden designers of the 19th century.

He not only shaped the park landscapes of Berlin and Potsdam, but he was also active in Silesia, Lubusz Voivodeship and Pomerania. A special place among his works in the Lower Silesia region is occupied by the palace in Kamieniec Ząbkowicki, the Mysłakowice royal palace and Szczytnicki Park in Wrocław. We invite you to rediscover the outstanding gardens of Peter Joseph Lenné in Poland.
The exhibition initiates collaboration between the Eduard Petzold European Centre for Garden Art at Sarny Castle and the German Culture Forum for Central and Eastern Europe in Potsdam.
